Our services

We offer (1) ready-made supplier catalogs, (2) private sourcing requests with import guidance, and (3) guided sourcing trips to China. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed with you before work begins.

Role and limitations

We act as a sourcing facilitator. While we verify suppliers and work to reduce risk, we are not the manufacturer and do not guarantee the performance of any third-party supplier. Final contracts for goods are between you and the supplier unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments and refunds

Fees are payable via PayPal. Digital products such as supplier catalogs are delivered immediately and are generally non-refundable once accessed. For service-based engagements, refund eligibility is set out in your individual agreement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our website, resell our catalogs without permission, or use our services for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

All content on this website and within our catalogs is owned by Liong China Sourcing and may not be copied or redistributed without written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the relevant service.
